Bella Zailea is a small family business established in 2015. We are based in Western Australia. We aim to bring you and your family toys and accessories that we have tried, tested and loved!

FAQs & General Info
We take the safety of our products and your family very seriously. All of our products are made using the highest quality materials available - we use certified non-toxic, BPA-free silicone and natural chemical-free beech wood for our jewellery, teething toys & accessories. Our products are made to comply with the relevant mandatory safety standards & we conduct testing to ensure that they do in fact meet these standards. All of our products have been independently safety certified to Australian toy standards/dummy clip standards by third party independent testing. This means we have sent them to a laboratory that runs independently to our business and have them test the products for us to ensure that they meet the requirements for size, strength, chemical composition & durability amongst other things.
PRODUCTION TIME & POSTAGE
In order to provide the biggest range and best prices possible, a lot of our items are made to order. This means we do not have stock sitting around for long and we can customise products to suit your style & needs.
Our production time is up to 2 weeks, so we can accommodate the volume of orders we receive and restock supplies if needed. We keep a number of popular products ready-to-ship to help cut down our production time, so if you need something within a certain time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a message to our Facebook page www.facebook.com/bellazailea and we will do our best to meet your needs.
We post Australia-wide using either AusPost or Sendle, depending on your order and location. Postage times can be up to 10 business days in normal circumstances and there can be unexpected delays that extend the time in transit over 10 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We have no control over the postage times.
If we are provided with an incorrect postage address, the cost of re-delivery to the correct address will need to be paid by the customer.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot exchange or refund items for change-of-mind for hygiene reasons, so please make your selection carefully. Bare in mind that different monitors/screens will show the colours slightly differently.
If you believe item is faulty, not as described or incorrect, please contact us ASAP for a refund or return.
Postage fees will not be refunded. Postage fees are calculated at the current AusPost price.
We reserve the right to charge a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% to orders we allow to be cancelled.
